We understand that sometimes your network/ISP disallow you from connecting to your mail server to send email using standard SMTP port (25). This will the caused your email client to return "Connection timeout" or "unable to connect to remote server error". If you have this problem, please change the SMTP port to 587.

Both port 25 and 587 works simultaniously and you may change to either port at anytime.
