Today, our primary hard disk on the server that hosted our website and our clients has failed on us. For the past couple of hours, we have been battling ourselves to save all data from the old hard disk. Luck is on our side, we have our users files (public_html) and database intact. Now that we have settled the important part, we are currently configuring the server’s services such as apache, mysql, and etc. As soon as we are done with this part, account restoration will follow.
Once your account has been restored, please do check them through and let us know if there’s anything broken and needed our attention. You may contact us through our helpdesk. We hope you’ll be able to understand this situation as hard disk failure has never been easy to detect before hand. However, we are doing all of our best and capabilities to speed up the restoring process.
