For the past two months, we have been testing out our new billing system which will be replacing two of the existing ones into a single billing system. The current billing system is out of date and open to vulnerabilities since there will be no updates and has been classified as end of life.
Soon enough, you’ll be receiving your login details through email. We request that you login and double check your account and package assigned. If you found anything that is in doubt, do let us know by submitting ticket via our helpdesk or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Although we have checked them thoroughly, we hope you will be able to confirm it.
When the billing system is fully operational, we will be able to keep track of our customer orders more efficiently and less hassle then we used to. We apologize for this inconvenience caused. We hope this upgrade will improve our efficiency and enhance your hosting experience as well.
