UltraUnix's office business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM (GMT +8). Our Network Operations Center is available 24 hours a day, each day of the year.

We prefer to have all enquries to be submited through our helpdesk system to ensure all request or complain are properly documented for future reference. Due to enormous amount of spam to our helpdesk, we require customers to register an account through helpdesk before being able to contact us directly using email.

We do not provide support over instant messenger but we do realize that some request/question is not worth the hassle to create a ticket.
